You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• Return for exchange: If you wish, we offer you the option of exchanging your jewelry for a piece of equal price, or a variant of the same product (e.g. a different gold color)

• Return for refund: The refund is made within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as used for the order.

• The product must be returned unworn, in its original condition and complete (box, certificates, tags) to be accepted.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or clearly personalized (specific size, choice of stone, type of gold, etc.). These products can neither be returned nor refunded, except in the case of non-conformity or a hidden defect.
