Paule Gabrielle, founder and designer of JOAR Paris, is ultimately the closest embodiment of the jewelry house she created. Paule is a Parisian woman whose inspiration comes from yesterday and elsewhere, the better to echo the desires of here and now. She draws on her family history to extend her creative journey. From her beloved grandmother, she inherited a passion for jewelry and her singular middle name, Joar. That is how JOAR Paris was born, somewhere between a love of timeless beauty, a tribute to women and precious jewelry.
The interview
It all started with a ring.
More precisely, the ring her grandmother gave her for her 18th birthday. For Paule, this jewel is more than an heirloom: it is the marquise, reinvented as a central diamond ringed by a sunburst, which would go on to become the signature of an entire collection.
